Subject: what do you have to pay for in planetside 2?

I've just downloaded planetside 2 seeing as it looks good and is F2P, But what microtransactions are there? I don't have much money right now, not enough to spend on games anyway, so is it worth playing without paying for a few months, or are there things that are almost essential to buy?

Talking about Sweden is an ultrabannable offense.

Too bad being completely and utterly wrong isn't a bannable offense.

Guns, sidegrades and skins.

You can unlock all this (except the skins) through playing.

What are these first person words you speak of?

It's worth it to play without paying. It looks like a large amount at first, but it really isn't.

You're essentially paying for some weapon upgrades, weapons themselves, vehicle upgrades, wehicle skins and whatnot.

Thanks, I just don't want to be at a major disadvantage because I can't pay for anything for the next week or two.

You wont be at a disadvantage. Even more certainly so, if you're playing for two weeks before that. The amount of creds you will have gained by then will rake in some decent stuff.

Proud Spartan II, COG soldier, Hero of time, and crowbar wielding scientist.

I had this terrible dream I got planet side 2, and it was super laggy because it required 10 million RAM.

Is the game any good?

On the contrary, i've heard that the game is heavyily revolved around p2w. With better guns being ones that require a large amount of credits. I've also heard that the regular earning of the game's currency system is slow as -blam!-.
