Subject: I have committed a crime, Flood.

It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll.
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

I was in the cafeteria a month ago, just talking with friends, when I noticed a usb sitting on the adjacent table, I reached over and saw that it was 16 gigabytes, so I took it, as mine was only 8.

The next day people came into the cafe and asked if we had seen it, to which I replied no. Then, I lost it.

It turns out I found it a month later in the crevices of my school bag, and now I'm looking through all the files. It belonged to a kid from my school with dislexia who wrote 5 chapters of a book in which his family was kidnapped and given superpowers. Along with some school work. It's actually really funny.

Should I just erase everything and use it as my own, or take it back weeks later after everything?

EDIT: After shifting through all his files I've come to discover this was his family's usb. All of their backup data is on here.

Halo 3 is where the morons of the universe congregates.

I am thinking of an old story. "Three Billy Goats Gruff" (hint the troll dies at the end)

If you had an electron microscope, you still couldn't find the -blam!- I don't give.

5/10

- Brought in aspect of kid having disorder (pro move)
- Main element of bad behaviour, stealing (core focus)
- Denying possession of the item (repeat offense increasing reader's rage)
- Asking to erase everything (jimmy rustle tactic)
- Already reaping in the butthurt

Not terrible, OP, but you can do better.

I like how your sub box is full of science and political videos but your recommendations are full of anime girls kissing each other.

For those who wish to contact me on Xbox LIVE, my main account is "The 7th Taco", and the one linked with my profile here is only a backup.

Just say you found it somewhere and give it back.

That's not what Patton would do.

I am disappointed.

Get it back to the kid, discreetly.
