Should point out that this wasn't 343's doing, it was Microsoft, which is funny because they said that they were cool with people posting the soundtracks as long as I was not making any profit.

Then again, this was 3 years ago so I'm guessing they changed their policies.

Microsoft owns Marty's symphony's?

It's not the symphonies, it's the brand.

Marty had to contact Microsoft so that they could greenlight Halo 2: Volume 2, which was released 2 years after the Original Soundtrack was released.

ITT: Haters stating their opinions as fact.

IMO Halo 4 has the second best OST in the series (ODST being unbeatable, on-par with that of Shadow of the Colossus and Journey). Legacy is the best track in the series since In Amber Clad for me, the only one I dislike is Ascendancy.
