So, I will be anticipating the end of the world in a few days, can't wait! Why, you ask? Well, there's really no reason to be alive. Think about it, if you're the average human being, you're going to grow up, get a decent paying job and live in a small home with your wife and two kids. In other words, you're going to be like EVERYBODY ELSE. Pretty boring if you ask me. Is there nothing more to life, or is that it? Why should I be alive, so I have to worry about money, bills, politics, family, chaos, the outcome of everything that concerns me? The term "rest in peace" is called that for a reason. PEACE. That's all I want...and this world will NEVER provide that.

How soothing does that sound though..."rest in peace"...just wish I could be lying in my grave right now. It's a shame that people actually like me. No, I'm not going to kill myself. But I really do wish the world would end so it would do it for me.

I'm 23, I have a house, dog, girlfriend, job and I have no interest in any fanboyism so if you're thinking about sending me a childish PM, don't be surprised when I don't call back.

OP IS SO DEEP!

Now that you've taken the time to look at my sig, I actually regret not providing you with something more worthwhile.

The where you fail is in assuming there's no joy to be had in the wife and two kids.

I don't have children. I have a nephew though. He's the coolest little -blam!- I've ever met. There isn't a single person in this world I wouldn't murder just for looking at him wrong. If I feel that way about him, I can't imagine how it must be to welcome your own child into the world.

I have been married. That can be a very special thing too. Tricky though.

Okay, which is why I said I wished nobody liked me. Also, it's not a precious gift, you don't choose to born or not to be. Horrible quote.

OP is make cynical assumptions about the world?

I'm sure the barren mediocrity of life isn't that absolute.
