"The hero is the one who kindles a great light in the world, who sets up blazing torches in the dark streets of life for men to see by.
The saint is the man who walks through the dark paths of the world, himself a light."

"Actually, I don't understand people that try to kill themselves. One's got to have the courage to live, they are cowards. Narcissistic egoists who think the world revolve around them.
How can you give away the most precious gift you have? How can you do it to yourself and your loved ones? I don't understand that. I don't want to. You live to give to others, as much as you can."
-Dominik (Sala samobojcow)
Okay, which is why I said I wished nobody liked me. Also, it's not a precious gift, you don't choose to born or not to be. Horrible quote.
You don't choose, because it's a gift. We're brought into this world with so many opportunities to make people happy. To make people laugh and smile and genuinely be happy with themselves. That is the gift of life, being able to make positive impacts.
You wish people didn't like you so that they would kill you? I'm sorry, but that is so silly.
It's a gift that several people didn't deserve to get, thus making the world not a pleasant place to live in. I had a great childhood, I made people laugh and smile...but I'm done. Beyond that, I see nothing.
I'm no psychologist, but you need to find goals to complete. If you can't find happiness in making others happy, then you need to find something beautiful in the world and cherish it.
You seem to be stuck in that frame of thinking where you think that all you are is a number. You'll move through life, but eventually you'll die and that's that. While yeah, it's a realistic approach, it's an unhealthy one. There can be purposes to life only if you look for them.
