Can someone link me to the "I made that" Shirt?

"I firmly believe that any man's finest hour, the greatest fulfillment of all that he holds dear, is that moment when he has worked his heart out in a good cause and lies exhausted on the field of battle- victorious"

I've met a few Bnet members through my Bungie shirt.

I'm a stubborn guy. I love to argue my opinion, but unlike others, I'll try to see your side of the problem. I'm a triathlete, with a very heavy empephis on the swimming bit. Also, don't hate on the ~Quinton~ at the end of my posts. Why are you still reading this? #creeper #hashtagcashmoney for hashtaging on Bungie.net

I'm pretty sure that I'm the only Bungie fan in my school.

Yeah, very few people recognize what my Bungie shirts are about. If I'm in the same room for a while in a social gathering, people will ask. I tell them that Bungie is the maker of the Halo series. Then they get it.

So yes, to us this is a big world, being fans and involved with Bungie. To the rest of the world in the larger picture, we are only a pixel to them, so to speak.

I sometimes wear like my Destiny/Bungie shirts when I go to classes on campus and nothing. :/

I really don't know why any of this surprises you.
To the overwhelming amount of the rest of the world, Destiny does not exist and Bungie is just a funny sounding word.

It would be like me expecting any of you to know what the 2015 Mustang is going to be.

I have seen a kid with a Halo backpack and people with cod shirts and even an EA sports Backpack.

And rightly so. All are well known, recognizable franchises played by millions of people.
Developers and 'someday it will be a game' are not.

@spaboolly

At Halo Fest in 2011, someone was able to accurately identify me by the description "I'll be the one chick with the red hair wearing the Bungie shirt." Not sure how much of that was actually the shirt. Especially since I probably saw about 100 other people wearing it.

And last Christmas when I went to visit a friend's family (none of whom I had met before), his brother answered the door, took one look at my Burn Bright, Burn Blue shirt, and immediately asked me to help him beat the level the two of them had been trying to get through on CEA. No, it wasn't the library. Thankfully....

There was also an... incident in which I was wearing a certain very recognizable Bungie-themed shirt. But that will never, ever, ever be recounted on this forum.

I came for Halo, but I heard the Tru7h, fought thru Carnage, and stayed for Bungie.

Most people won't recognize developer shirts. They have to contain references to a specific [popular] game for most of them to know what they are.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Unless it is Blizzard or something

But, most game-savy people know "big" game devs

Well last year when I wore my Halo beanie and t shirt to school, I was ridiculed by some CoD players.

I still wear it proud. And I'm hoping to recieve a couple Bungie T-Shirts and maybe the track jacket for Christmas :)

I have educated a few of my friends on the greatness of Bungie and they recognize when I wear my New Monarchy/FWC/Dead Orbit shirts now.

See you starside.

A surprising amount of people on my campus have acknowledged/commented on my Halo Reach shirts, all of it positive so far. Only few have recognized my Fight the Flood t-shirt, but it got a few nods from employees when I visited Bungie.

You imply a level of control over Halo: Reach matchmaking that we no longer have. Or, in your vernacular, it isn't our shiznit anymore.

I've had a few people recognize my shirt because of the Bungie logo, I then inform them about their new game, Destiny.

I have 2 Halo Reach shirts but only my friends bother to talk about it. My white Bungie tee also goes unnoticed by the public and nobody ever talks to me about it except my friends.

Because we are hardcore.
I currently have nothing that relates to Bungie, except for the Halo games.

Samesies. I only support bungie in the comfort of my home lol

  • 12.09.2012 6:55 PM PDT

I've only seen one other guy with a Bungie Shirt once. I was happening to wear mine at the time, and I was like "Nice shirt" and he was like "Oh yeah."

I need to work on social interactions.

  • 12.09.2012 6:57 PM PDT

Just an average Iowa State University student. Go Cyclones!

I did have someone recognize my Dead Orbit shirt as Bungie-related, but only because it has the Bungie logo on the back. I prefer the Destiny shirts because they at least look cool without being blatantly video game related. At least until Destiny is revealed.

Probably because no one knows what the holy hell Dead Orbit is. I don't even know. But nah, I don't own one. I'm 100% certain someone would if it said Halo on it or had the Bungie logo though.

Speaking of chuckles, let's all lol at IonicPaul, who makes friends with bugs to make up for his lack of human contact.

Two occurrences.

I was in Washington D.C. and some kids were like "omg he works at Bungie."

I was walking in Denver and some guys were like "WOO BUNGIE" and I was like "Yes." Right after that, this ten year old wearing a MW3 T-shirt just stared and my shirt and turned around to look at it.
