Okay, If youre wondering what this topic is about, it's about customizable weapons.
I recently was in a discussion a few days ago, and we came up with a few good points for the topic in general. I have collected these points and am going to present them in a clear way.
The essential argument was that it takes away from what makes Halo, Halo
Customizable weapons would be to Ghost Recon or Ratchet Deadlocked, I dont know.
And trust me, if there is any person in these forums who is against arguments that make Halo un Haloish, its me. But I came to a good understanding of this, but I am still in the middle, I neither like it nor dislike it, but here is the summary.
-Weapons custimization - CAMPAIGN ONLY!
-If there was any in multiplayer it would simply be for the heck of making it look good, it would hae no effect on gameplay, whenever you would pick up a weapon, it would automatically look like the weapon you had designed. this idea is optional.
-On the matter of single player, it boils down to this, there would be several attachements that you could put on any weapon, you would unlock these as you progressed through the campaign. You would only be able to hold a few, and you would choose what weapons to put it on.
-It would be mathematically graphed, every attachement would have a different amount of time to put on different weapons. You could have as many as you want on a single weapon, this would take place whenever you picked up a weapon, this would be completely optional.
Such as pressing a button when you pick the weapon up.
This is essentially it.
Please do not flame, think before you post things, and dont randomly burst out ideas,
If you do not read this and start to be an idiot, anyone who has read this post has my permission to beat the crap out of this person if at all possible, unless this person is a retard like Wuyie. That guy is a retard.
I wont be here for a few hours, so please keep the discussion alive untill i get back,
And if you say " what the crap man, this was an argument like 2 days ago."
its probably because i cant find it and just want to present the same thing so ist more findable.
