I sit around 2300 which is what I'm maintaining to lose weight. It's higher, but I'm over 6' tall and run 4.5 miles a day and am a very active person so I was told it was a healthy amount.it depends on how much weight you won't to lose, and how fast. A pound of fat on your body is roughly 3500 calories. So, to burn it off, you need that as a deficit. You are likely burning 1000+ with that run daily, though I have no idea what your resting burn rate is. But it's almost certainly over 1300, so you are doing it right.
