Subject: Cursive, ever learn it?

It's how I write.

  • 12.10.2012 5:39 PM PDT

I was told when I was younger that I'd be forced to use it ever since.

I had it down by grade 5 and was never forced to use it again but continued on my way using it.

In high school now I seem to be the only one writing in Cursive but I also have the least issues when it comes to reading teachers writing seeing as they sometimes throw some Cursive into it by mistake.

Yes, I've used it on and off for the past few years.

"There's this theory that if there were an infinite number of monkeys pecking away at typewriters, they would eventually write the great works of Shakespeare, but thanks to the internet we now know that's not true." -Adam Savage

"Time is not made out of lines. It is made out of circles. That is why clocks are round." -Caboose

NOTE: This is my new primary account. My old account was AgentCOPP1, and I changed it because it was linked to a gamertag that I no longer use.

I learned it. The only thing it's good for is to make a signature because if you don't know cursive, you can't really make a signature. Consequently, if you know cursive, you can make a nice signature.

I Love Lamp. And Ender's Game. Don't tell Lamp.

In elementary school.

心の中に弱い風が吹いています。

Yep. I only use it for signing things now; and even then it's usually a very quick signature that looks nothing like my name.

13.72 billion years in the making.

On December 1st, 2012, I met Neil deGrasse Tyson. I shook the man's hand, and even made him laugh. Not much else to do with my life now.

It's a completely useless skill I've never needed to apply. We learned it in third grade and never touched it again.

Yes, I AM just that awesome.

Yeah, I still remember some of it, but not much, I mostly sign my name in chicken scratches.

I like shorts. They're comfy and easy to wear.

I can't write in print. Every time I try, I always mess up and start joining things up and then I have to start over for consistency's sake.

In memory of those fallen in the defense of Earth and her colonies.

Yeah. I made my own cool looking signature. It has a flippidy floop.

everything/anything can be compared to sand on a beach

learned it and its useless unless your teacher is a prick and writes in cursive just to PO the students.

i had a couple of teachers like that.

Blackness Confirmed. You've got soul.

The Ultimate Opinion.

I was told I would be forced to use it in highschool so I learned it.

What a lie that was. Not a single teacher in my entire time in highschool asked for anything in cursive.

The only use now is to piss off those who can't read it well and to sign things.

  • 12.10.2012 5:57 PM PDT

Yes, but I've since forgotten it.

I just sign things in terribly-formed manuscript.

I support PORYGON.

I do. I use Print more though because some people can't read cursive.

This is a signature. If you're reading it, you must be dedicated. My other account, created in 2011, is nitwitcoffee10.
My gamertag is Shoop Do Whoop.

I havent written a sentence in cursive since fifth grade. My teachers since then hade not allowed us to write in it because it is so much more difficult to read.
I only use it now for my signature, which is really written in fancy chicken scratch instead of english letters.

You know what's even worse?

When the boy you like has a girlfriend.

My typical handwriting is some kind of botched mix of cursive and print, if that counts...

If pro is the opposite of con, then the opposite of progress is...

I learned it rather well and I switch often.
