When regular bad thins happen, like being unable to pay rent, your car breaks down, or you get fired from work, are you more likely to first focus on reversing damage or preventing it from happening again?

A cornered fox is more dangerous than a jackal.

And from FOX, two phantoms were born.

You never know when it could happen again.

Sometimes, I dream about cheese.

I would rather go back in time and set whoever is responsible on fire as a baby.

Whoever made those ankle high coffee tables will pay! PAY!!!!!!

Don't those go hand in hand?

Here's your sign

People are more likely to try to reverse damage, honestly.
People are adverse to change (usually) and are inclined to refuse to admit making a mistake.

Not immediately, they don't because they require two different approaches of thought.

Reversing damage has to do with retracing steps, and Preventing damage has to do with future steps.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

I'd rather reverse the damage first so any lost reputation I would recover, then prevent future damage.

Well if I lose my job, what would getting a new job be considered? Technically it's securing my future, but I'm also fixing the damage done by getting back to work.

Usually I try to solve problems doing both at the same time.

But a Vaccine is a cure...

Cure - Eliminate (a disease, condition, or injury) with medical treatment.

Vaccination - Immunisation.

There's a difference...

Immediately focusing on reversing the damage would be trying to figure out how to get the same exact job back.
