The previous owner of this house hung himself from the rafter in the very same room I'm typing this. Doesn't bother me in the least, though I am a little pissed I had to hear about it from the neighbors after I purchased it.
But I do have a buddy that refuses to walk in the same spot he died. He literally walks around the spot on his way to the door every time. Pretty funny. What makes you not afraid of it? I know for a fact I wouldn't sleep in that room.
Do you believe in the supernatural?I believe that fact is often stranger than fiction. That being said, until I personally encounter something that changes my mind, I see no reason to fret over possibilities and "what if's". I've been in this house for ten years now. If there's some boogie man hiding in the closet, he's sure taking his sweet ass time making his move.I get what you're saying. I wouldn't say I'm a believer, but I also wouldn't say I'm not a believer. I've had weird things happen before; Some can be explained, some can't. For example, whenever I close my eyes and lay in bed at night, I begin to feel a presense in the room. You know how if people get close to you, you can almost "feel" them? It's like that.
Nothing like that has ever happened in your house?
BTW I'm not crazy guys! Haha. Nah. The strangest thing to happen in this house was having a small toy soldier fall on my head from a flat, fully dry-walled ceiling one day when I was home alone. Not exactly a close encounter. And certainly not evidence of the unknown, but sure.. a bit strange.
