Silverback is tiny compared to the others. It is more like powered armor rather than an actual mech. Also, not even sure the Silverback has shields does it?
Haven't played Crysis so I can't comment on that last one.
So, what we have left are the Atlas and Mantis. I'm going to have to go with the Atlas to be honest. More durable and faster regenerating shields, ability to grab infantry trying to get too close for an instant kill, a main gun that can devastate infantry, and a large enough frame that it can shield allies behind it. Atlases now use incendiary rockets that burn their opponents, keeping shields from regenerating for longer and potentially finishing wounded enemies. Atlases are very likely not as useful against aircraft compared to the Mantis's missile pod, but for the most part the role of a Mech is to support infantry in ground warfare, at least in my eyes.
OP edited in the Prototype- Still probably going with the Atlas. That's still more like power armor rather than an actual Mech. It looks like it has a lot of firepower but not much in the way of actual defense. It also seemed to be lacking in ammunition - a mech should be able to operate away from supply lines for a prolonged period of time if need be. The jet pack also faces the same issue of running out of fuel if away from supply lines. I feel you'd be better off investing in a jet compared to the Prototype, since a jet can burn through its ammo and get quickly resupply. That's what its role seems to be anyways.
Prototype runs on a nuclear fusion reactor, it will never run out of fuel.
Armaments (according to Halopedia): 1) 850-round Lucifer minigun
2) LAU SGM heat seeking missile launcher
3) M149, 105mm explosive recoiless rifle (area of effect: 5 meters). 50 rounds.
4) Three Type-18 claymore anti tank bombs.
5) 300 megaton nuclear self-destruct bomb. Even if the Prototype loses, so do you.
Also includes a bubble shield that activates automatically whenever the suit's under fire, increases strength and speed of user, and can fly.
I doubt the Atlas or any of these would fair very well. They certaintly didn't against some Infantry.
