The real question is, why do gamers now a days have this self entitled cry baby mentality?

The question is, how will game developers know what they're doing wrong if someone doesn't tell them?

Self entitlement and crying is very different from feedback smart guy.

Then I'm glad you can see that the majority of the feedback was suggestions, not complaints(Though there were a lot of those too).

Are you high? I had never been more ashamed of being a gamer than what happened on the Mass Effect forums in regards to the third installment.

The fact that 20 minute videos came out explaining the plot holes in detail and that many people came together to form an alternate ending theory that better fit canon was pretty disappointing.

The canon with the ending is fine, people just don't like being upset with last minute plot twists and playing 100+ hours of gaming and making choices that lead to nothing. Which Extended Cut fixed. Indoc Theory is excellent, really, but just a string people want to grab on to for no apparent reason.

Also, you're definition of "feedback" does certainly not fit what the ME community has been doing to Bioware for the last few months.

The actions of a few do not define the rest of the communtiy. I was on the BSN when the whole fiasco happened; most people were civil and constructive.

On another note, can you really blame people for being disillusioned with BioWare after DAII, TOR, and ME3?

IGN are no real critics, that's why.

Honestly? I haven't had the same luck you've had then, I guess. It's disheartening to see so much hate... :(

I'm more disillusioned with EA than Bioware, though. It can't be coincidence that EA bought Bioware and their quality went downhill. Nevertheless ME3 is still Bioware's babeh, and we're never going to get another one no matter how many people whine, so it's mai babeh too. The ending was -blam!- before EC though. If that showed anything, it's that Bioware's still true at it's heart; how many other developers would honestly go back to their game for the fans instead of simply saying "deal with it"?

I just hope the founders of Bioware leaving doesn't have even more lasting effects, no matter what caused it.

They mean that Mass Effect 3 concludes the series well. Which I'd say is 98% true. Earth was pretty damn amazing honestly, being able to say your goodbyes to everyone important and learning about what they may be doing if they make it through. Everything led up to that, and it was awesome. The only downer was Starchild, and I feel like, while still bad, doesn't completely taint the game anymore w/ EC.

What the -blam!- are you talking about?

Priority Earth was apart from the intro the most boring and most generic last mission ever.

It wasn't the Suicide Mission in terms of epicness, but it was emotional, saying your goodbyes, your squadmates knowing that they probably won't make it out of this, the whole tone is really dark. It isn't like most other games where you've got a big final battle and everyone is all pumped up, it is really somber, because you get the sense that you probably won't see all your friends when this is all over.

I mean, this little snippet of dialogue is just... I loved it. The friendship between Garrus and Shepard is probably one of my favorite video game friendships ever. The send-off for the most part was awesome, and I felt like the characters were treated well, the only real bummer on that character front, them getting stranded on an alien planet, was kicked out of the Extended Cut ending.
