Does anyone have lotion?
*Raises hand*
Is mayonnaise a lotion?

Why or why not? If so, what sort of conditions would be required to obtain a pass?

Formal debate is encouraged.

There once was an ugly barnacle. He was so ugly that everyone died.

The end.

Should a license be required to eat?

  • 12.11.2012 4:07 PM PDT

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year

Yes. I think so.

To adopt a kid you have to jump through a bunch of hoops. All you have to do to have one of your own is forget to wear a condom.

People should have to go through the same background checks and training that I had to in order to be cleared for adoption.

No because I'm pretty sure that the government would try to stop some kind of way of thinking from spreading.

If Fed Ex and UPS merged into one company, would it be called Fed Up?

I don't want to start another account for a digital number that has no true value in ten years.

And how exactly would that be enforced?

We'd need a moderator for that.

I'm in favor. There should be a minimum income requirement and a drug test in order to obtain a license. Unlicensed children should be taken to government run foster homes.

  • 12.11.2012 4:08 PM PDT

There should be a license to be able to drink water.

  • 12.11.2012 4:09 PM PDT

I can imagine all the nerds in this thread saying yes, because they feel people are stupid.

When in reality, it's you geeks who have no idea how to raise a child.

I win, you lose, get over it!

So what if a child is born through unlawlful acts?

What then?

Subject: Should a license be required to have your own children?

Yes.

Requirements:

GPA of 3.0 and up, OR a grade of 90 or above on an after high-school knowledge test

A home/apartment with with at least one kitchen, one bathroom, and one room for every family member

stable job

income that leaves at least $300 dollars a month for just the baby

minimal to no criminal history

As for how such a thing would be enforced, I have no idea. This is just the list of requirements that should be in place if such a thing were to happen.

YEAH! And while we're at it, let's all have government licenses so that only college educated individuals get free speech! Even better, what if we needed licenses for Church? I hate it when people don't pay attention in church, so we definitely need licenses to ensure that only the ones who pay attention can go!

The child is sent to a government operated foster home and the parents are sent to Australia.

There are more serious issues like a needed license to Park on a parking lot. Or the license to use mouth rinse after brushing your teeth.

I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

Or to live? Because that's what you might as well do if you make having a child illegal without a license.

That is a terrible idea in my opinion.
