Hi! How you doin'?

Sometimes, all you need are a couple giant explosions to get you through the day.

If you're able to mess around on the internet, there are other places you could be besides here. Why don't you go there instead?

Cause I like this site? Same reason everyone else is here

If you like the site, why do you ridicule the community? After all, the community is what makes a forum. Do you enjoy ridiculing the community like this?

I don't. I actually like being part of this community.

Why would you make a comment like the one on the first page, then? I would consider myself a nerd, but that doesn't mean I would support a draconian child birthing regulation, or that I couldn't eventually raise a child.

Because I've come across many nerds or geeks on this site who think they are superior to people purely based on the fact that they are smarter. It wasn't aimed at everyone, just some people.

And I was proved right by people saying your school GPA should be taken into account when it comes to parenting.

But if a biker gang member wants a son, I'd let him have one, even the hardest men can have a soft side.

No. I hate the licensing system in general.

But we should shame people for having kids when they clearly shouldn't.

A young couple gets preggers and everybody is congratulating them. We should instead be drilling them with tough questions about finances and if they truly understand how much a kid costs.

I am not happy when people have babies . . . when they are young and not well enough off financially.

My problems [with Reach] are basically just full parties, mlg, and people who go out of their way not to get killed.

No. I have yet to see a decent argument for it.

A license? How is that going to control birth? :v

It's not meant to control birth.

Unless formal debate means immature or cheesy sarcastic comments, of course.

And yes, we need a license.

Inappropriate. Went a little to far with the butt hole tearing.

A license to kill them, yes.

EAT THE BABY?
Who would do that? I don't even think cannibals would find a baby that appetizing, considering there's not much to eat.

Violate the basic right of procreation?

Sorry OP. No.
Seems to be working for China.
Except that it's not. Their one-child policy has done nothing except create an enormous sex imbalance because everyone wants a male heir for their one child.

On top of that it has created a wealth gap in terms of having children. A wealthy family can pay off local government to look the other way. Where as a poor family has to send their child off.

The one child policy in China has caused nothing but problems and further corruption of government officials.

Stop arguing over imaginary -blam!-. May as well argue over Santa Claus. There will never be proof that there is/was a god - and before people start saying "HERP DERP PROVE THERE WASN'T ONE ROFLOLOL" well, you are the people who made it up in the first place so we know there isn't one
What created the big bang then? A coalition of genetically modified TR-909s with extra distortion?

I don't believe in forcing women to have abortions.

The human element always mucks things up.

Of course, who doesn't love it when some -blam!- bureaucrat somewhere tells us what we can and can't do?

It doesn't necessarily have to end in abortion for the ones who illegally have a baby. That's the point of this thread, bring up your ideal conditions, if they are reasonable.

Your intrusion has been logged. Any further attempt to access [quote] will result in your immediate addition to local Sentinels' targeting systems.

My random thoughts:

Biological children and adopted children should have equivalent requirements placed on them. I really don't care whether that means making it easier to adopt, or harder to procreate.

People have complained about the enforceability of this idea. Make possessing a "License" a requirement to file for dependency exemptions on taxes. Not advocating it, just an observation.

If I ever get AIDS, I'm going to sleep with another AIDS person so my AIDS cancel each other out, or I'm going to make the AIDS I already have worse.

Yes, I don't care if it's a police state thing, the world is becoming overpopulated.

It pisses me off when I saw a freshman pregnant and it was like her 3rd abortion.

I used to be indecisive, but now i'm not sure.

Perhaps.
I'm still not entirely convinced it would be the best solution.
You can still have good parents in the lower class and bad parents in a higher class.
I guess a small personality check would be nice.
For example "are you a heavy drinker or heavy smoker".
