Subject: Should they give guns bloom in real life?

The Internet is an empowerment tool that's agnostic; it doesn't care about race, gender, or age.

I love the realism in this thread.

Doc: "i'm a pacifist"
Caboose: "your a thing that babies suck on?"
Tucker: "no dude, that's a pedephile"
Church: "tucker, i think he means a pacifier"

Technically, they do. The bloom effect is used to show the shooter's inaccuracy immediately after a shot is fired. So, if you had a heads up display showing you the aiming point of your weapon, immediately after you fire it should widen, as you would be less accurate for a second. Then you would regain your breath control, steady your pulse, and be ready to accurately put another round down range.

Long story short: OP is a kid who's never fired a semi automatic rifle on a target range, and doesn't know what he's talking about.

Bingo.

Gather around the campfire, once it goes out, it's out for good.

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

Barrel-Flex is a smaller part of it. You will make more adjustments than your weapon when firing. You are made of moving meat, it metal. Sure it moves some, you move more. This is BRM 1 stuff.

I am moving meat, I like that. We're all just moving meats flopping around doing our daily business.

It is oddly poetic, isn't it?

You all need to pay attention to me for a moment

This thread is terrible. Op is terrible. This is all bad and you should feel bad.

Bloom threads are ridiculous, It has no actual effect on game play, it's all mental and visual.

This thread is now a discussion on the merits of crumpets VS english muffins. I'll start:

Crumpets are a little bit nicer just to eat on their own on the spur of the moment because they're more moist.

I think it's the only logical course of gun development, OP.

Last time I checked, real soldiers didn't have a HUD or had the ability to see their reticle.
it's called a windowed PMAG and iron sights or a trijicon ACOG/Aimpoint T3 micro/Eotech XPS2 in real life.

What about CAA mags with windows and Aimpoint CompM2s, Comp M3s, and CompM4s? What about EOTech 552s, 557s, etc.?

well feel free to customize your kit with what you want. just posted some well known stuff gamers might know.
