Subject: Violence is never the answer.

Don't judge a book by its cover, unless it has bacon on the cover, then it is a good book.

Is this really true though? Will there never be a situation in life that cannot be solved without the use of violence? I find this statement to be utterly stupid. There are times when no one is around and no other action can be taken and the person must resort to violence to protect themselves.

Agree or Disagree.

Violence is always the answer.

Whether or not it's always the best one is up to interpretation.

"There's a very fine line between not listening, and not caring. I'd like to think that I walk that line every day."

Always exceptions

-blam!- Was that actually blammed out? Or did I just type it? You'll never know.

Violence is seldom the best answer, but you are right in saying it is always an answer.

Yup.

Sometimes it is the answer.

Please stop complaining about the 'death of a loved one' it's my job. They probably deserved it anyways. Here's a warning, if you keep making pentagrams out of the neighbors livestock I will personally come to your house and kill everyone you love. Now leave me alone, I got to get back to work.

Sometimes it's the only answer. Words don't always work.

  • 12.11.2012 8:29 PM PDT

Violence is always an answer, I doubt that there are any problems where it isn't. Yet talking out something is usually the more effective solution.

People never want violence as an answer but it always ends up being one.

"There's a very fine line between not listening, and not caring. I'd like to think that I walk that line every day."

It's just a poorly constructed sentence and sentiment, like many other things.

Violence is not always an answer but is necessary when the situation demands action

May not always be the "best" answer, but it damn sure is the fastest.

Violence can be the answer. Imagine trying to talk Hitler into stopping during WWII. I think violence was the only answer there.

  • 12.11.2012 8:36 PM PDT

Disagree, I've been a few situations were the other person is just -blam!- stupid and doesn't know when to stop and the only way to teach them a lesson is to knock them on there ass. Though I generally try to avoid such confertations there are a few that can't be avoided.

  • 12.11.2012 8:36 PM PDT

"Life is constantly fleeting from your grasp even from the very day it's bestowed upon you, but the shadow of death is always there, waiting for its chance to take you away."

"Even though many may not think so, ignorance and innocence are one and the same. The only difference is that one sounds nicer."

"I once knew a man who spent his entire life contemplating where we go after our death....it's a shame he realized it a second too late to tell anyone."

That is complete and utter bulls**t. Violence is always an answer. I'll admit, not always the best, but it's always one of the possibilities. And sometimes it's the only answer certain people will understand.

Sometimes I am tempted to quit gaming. I can no longer play without seeing ponyphags, horrendously bad teammates and mexicans.

Gaming community, I want you to know that you suck.

People who say that should be punched in the face.

This answer only works with those who are intelligent. Without intelligence in both parties, one is likely to cause the situation to become violent.
