I'd imagine it was a the guy who dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima. I would have to agree with this. Giving orders doesn't count.

Also I think it's a bit unfair, pressing a button takes a lot less skills and requirements than sniping 505 people.I wouldn't discount flying a tank as taking no skill. After reading Unbroken, I have a new found respect
I'm sure there's a lot more people who are trained in flying that aircraft. Also, they only had to do it once; they were quite safe in their planes; they had a lot less other things to worry about; they had a massive advantage.
