Subject: Destiny.com is definitely a Bungie website.

I'm now 99.9% sure that destiny.com is a Bungie site. First, go to destiny.com. Then go to your address bar and type /anything. See the Bungie love heart on your tab?

Because love hearts are Bungie-exclusives.

I'm fairly positive that the website you mention isn't even related to Bungie, but related to another commercial company for "Hearts".

Did anyone get a Username and Password pop-up?

Everyone gets it.

OP, maybe it has a heart because it's a dating site where you meet the partner of your destiny.

It's absolutely not.

You can look up the details of who owns a website address using a certain website, and it very clearly belongs to a domain squatter who has owned and rented out the address to several different groups over the years. The last group was a dating website which is why there is a heart as the website's symbol. People were able to even get pictures of some of the iterations of the site.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

I've never seen that heart on B.net before, so I can't tell if it is a Bungie-owned site or not.

It's probably a member on this site that is just trolling the living hell out of us.
And I belive the password might be "password".

Why would bungie need another site when they have Bungie.net?

Its not like they ever had a Halo.com.

Well, to be fair, there was a Halo3.com and a HaloReach.com which were controlled by Microsoft. They have been merged with Waypoint so you can't visit them anymore. It's sad, they had a interactive walkthrough of the Halo 3 Believe Memorial.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

This doesn't ring a bell?

Still, obviously destiny.com is wholly unrelated.

Progo, Shrew, Chryso, all are the same.

Hey OP we had all agreed to stop pounding that guy's site with hits, stop telling people to go there.

You people are getting lazy.

If you pay attention to the DNS lookup already done you see that destiny.com is registered to Olivier Janssens. (pic)

Nobody E-mail Janssens.

This must be the same guy because the registerer is from Monaco, and this guy is from Monaco, and there isn't enough space in Monaco to have the same person twice.

As you can see from his profile he is an engineer and is (apperently) the owner of Digi, which sells Zigbees and stuff.

There is also another site related to Destiny.com on Heroku. (Wiki) Heroku is a cloud based development platform in Frisco, which is really cool, but irrelevent.

http://destiny-prod.herokuapp.com

You may notice the same default login and the heart icon. Maybe this is the location of Destiny.com's internal files. Unless Bungie decided to code their Destiny in Java, this isn't it.

Unrelated - Case closed.

I'm wondering that too. Besides, Bungie tends to keep all of their game related info on this website.

It has been confirmed that this is not Destiny related. Please do not type your real WLID into the username and password slots.
