Hey Flood, seeing as the complete Crysis bundle is £9.99 on Steam ($16 for those of you in the US), I was just wondering if you think that it is a worthwhile deal.

I've heard the graphics and the game engine were outstanding but I've never played the game before and I've played just about every popular FPS out there and I'm looking for something a little different.

Thoughts?

(Also, bundle consists of Crysis 1, Crysis 2 and Crysis Warhead, meaning I'd save about £42 or $67)

EDIT: Bought it now guys, thanks for the feedback, great deal and recommend it to all of you.

I used to be indecisive, but now i'm not sure.

The first game is fantastic. It offers so much variety for attacking enemies.
Most encounters can be completed in multiple ways.
You can take them out stealthily, go in guns blazing or simply ignore all enemies what so ever and run away.

The second game is the same but it is on a much smaller scale.

3rd edition. Now with more grunt.

Eh. The Crysis 2 story is really lengthy, and well done, but for some reason it felt to me like a chore. Despite the variety, gun play feels a bit too unsatisfying to me.

Yeah, I seem to get the impression that the first game was the better game. A couple of friends told me the exact same, I think at that price though it is a no-brainer, it is a total steal for just £10.

Yes, I AM just that awesome.

It really depends on your taste in FPS's. To me Crysis 1 and 2 felt like a good mix of Halo and CoD, so I really enjoyed them. I can't say anything about Crysis Warhead, though.

Welcome, welcome to city 17...

get it, both games are fantastic, personally i prefer the second one slightly over the first, but still amazing games. i just hope that your computer can handle the graphics because they are some pretty graphics intensive games

I played Crysis 2 before the first one, but both games are very enjoyable. Not my all-time favorite series, but it's definitely worth picking up.

This world wants to drag you down... And the weight, that guilt they want to hang around your neck, you don’t have to carry it one more step. You think they won’t let you rest, but it’s not up to them. It never was.

As long as your computer can handle it, YES. Great deal.

I looked at the required specs and it seems that my PC is more than capable of running, would max out Crysis 1 and might for Crysis 2.

Yes, it's a good deal. Crysis is an excellent game.

Buy it, now. Then pre-order Crysis 3.

I've only ever played Crysis 2, and before you tear me apart I just want to say I thoroughly enjoyed that game.

One of my favorite singleplayer FPS. It's awesome.

I remember my friend told me it was a halo ripoff, I don't see the comparison at all.

Your friend is retarded.

Butt ugly ape” remarked Sergeant Johnson always making fun out of the situation even though he had been hit by a spiker round in the arm. He mustered up the strength to continue and the team moved on. The Arbiter informed him that the next room held The Prophet of Truth and this was the final room before extraction. Jun proposed that he takes a shot from a distance the prophet and they all head back to the ship bay for extraction. The team agreed on this and breached the last door…

Crysis seems pretty good. I played number two and it seemed almost better than Halo. REPEAT, I SAID ALMOST.
