Okay, I'm stuck between going to University for a degree in Business with Management, and getting a job or apprenticeship, and working my way up. On one hand, I walk out of University with a good qualification, but on the other hand, I can get money and training if I go for the job or apprenticeship. What would a business value more if I was to attempt to become a manager of any sort, experience or qualifications?

Why not both?

Disregard Females, acquire currency.

Flip a coin.

Yes both!

Haha you have a point actually, but with an apprenticeship, I'd have to quit education, and you get some sort of qualification from it. It's basically working for a low amount of pay, for more experience and a qualification, but like I said, I'm not entirely sure whether businesses would prefer qualifications or experience if I were ever to go into management.

Well my major in college is sport management. But I've also worked 2 internships, and I'm working a 3rd paid internship right now.

I mean, if I was you I'd do both. If you can't, I'd do an apprenticeship.

Ah okay, thanks :) Going to university while working definitely seems like the better choice, I don't even know why the thought hadn't crossed my mind... I need to give this more thought tbh
