Subject: How am i supposw to know what turtle beaches are better?

Remember those times when we all had something better to be doing, but didn't do it? Those were good times. Gooood times

The x31s on the other hand- expensive, not as durable, and... well, they're turtle beaches. they tend to have good sound. Please note they have been discontinued and replaced by expensive as all hell models.
The X31's have good sound? I own a pair and they're pretty darn awful in my opinion.
Don't own one myself, but my cousin does and his has decent sound... when you're about 5 feet away from the transmitter. Luckily that's the distance from his tv to his couch in his room. Perhaps its luck of the draw?

"You know the music. Time to dance"
"and laugh, and laugh, and laugh."

How can you guys talk trash about the X31s? I've had a pair for several years and they still work like a charm.

Honestly, if you are getting the x12 headset, I would spend the extra $10 on the Carcharias.

I'm currently using the x12 and there is a noticable hissing/buzzing sound in the background. My friends also say that my mic echos a lot and makings loud noises.

More expensive = better quality.

On their website, you should be able to compare 2 products I believe.

My pair isn't broken, they actually seem to work as intended. The headphones themselves just have bad audio quality.
