Hanger one I just shredded with the SMGs until ammo was out and I just threw 'nades like a boss while BRing.

My experience playing Cairo Station on Legendary

Really, dropping already? That's ridiculous!

Its marketing, ya know, for the holidays.

Parents see this game that they've seen advertised and its cheaper than COD the other game they have seen advertised.

Also, Eagle, as opposed to most people, I completely understand any assertion that it's "the beginning of the end"? Why? Because how are stores expected to raise the price of Video Games once they've dropped.

The gaming community is quite used to prices dropping, and staying low until they bottom up at $19.99. Just look at ME3 and how fast THAT dropped and stayed down. "It's just a summer sale", yah, and it stayed that low. On the bright side, I may actually pick it up if it goes that low around here.

I don't see you doing anything to help our country.
Except sitting at home, naked, eating twinkies, rubbing your hands together going "Heh. Target Destroyed. Mission Accomplished." Oh wait. that's not helping.

Nah, I think it's more like the middle of the end.
Almost every other video game chart will show the same thing.
Not a month into release...

ME3 even stayed up for longer than Halo 4. I guarantee the price won't go up, because who will be willing to pay it? Not the distributors and certainly not the consumers. It's the sad truth, but looking at the population charts Halo 4 really is dying fast.

There's this thing called "Christmas".

Perhaps you've heard of it?

Last year, I got the BF3: Limited Edition for $15 off on Amazon before Christmas. That was a new release too.

In memory of those fallen in the defense of Earth and her colonies.

March 3, 2553

The game is barely worth 10 dollars.

  • 12.14.2012 12:27 PM PDT

No. There is no way enough people will stop playing it that it will end. Its doing good enough as it is

  • 12.14.2012 12:28 PM PDT

Love your friends, Die laughing.

$40 bucks is about right for the game.

They gave you flawed MM, flawed Forge, flawed Theatre, Mid-season finale for SpartanOps, etc.

Brainwashing, idiotic media: "hur dur, vido gaems cas vilenc n iz nt gud. dey ned 2 b baned."

Logic: Really? Then please explain how there's violence in third world countries. I guess they're all poor due to the large amount of video games they buy.

Wow OP, great way to ignore the holiday shopping season.

Why do you keep making these threads? We already heard your brutal honesty about Halo 4. Now please just shuddup for once.

All of these idiots. They see the slightest decline in anything Halo related and instantly come to the conclusion that the series is dying.

Maybe the price has dropped because it's Christmas? Did that ever occur to you?

  • 12.14.2012 12:35 PM PDT

+1 for you good sir.

What a load of stupid horsecrap.

Everything is such a big deal, everything has to mean something or some pea brain won't be able to fit it into his little world view.

'OMG is it THE END?' I feel like I'm reading the diary of the sappiest most melodramatic 10 year old girl in history.

  • 12.14.2012 12:37 PM PDT

Any idea where one might be able to get Halo 4 for such a price? Gamestop didn't lower it and same with Walmart (checked the websites).

So you call less than 75,000 players a SLIGHT decline? You call a 30% price drop a SLIGHT drop? This is a month into release. That is bad no matter how you look at it.

It hasn't been less than 75,000 players. Over the days, the average has been around 100,000 or slightly lower. The times that it did hit that low was when the servers were down and what not.

Even $40 is pushing it.

$25-30 is what the game is really worth lol.

Its Christmas lower the price to get people to buy it, while CoD stays at release price.

It's a good idea.

Check the charts, it's at it's lowest average now of right above 75,000. I have no doubt it will get there in the coming week.

I'm looking at the Halocharts thing right now, and nowhere (other than late at night and the time the servers were down for a few hours) does it show going under 75,000 players.
