If you want to learn animation, the disney instructional books for character design and key framing are good and decently priced.
I think I'll just find a handy program later. I just want to know how people like Cyanide & Happiness do it.
I mean, I know you have to make hundreds of drawings. But what I don't get is how they do.. everything else. Keeping the same shapes in bodies and heads. Sounds and other stuff.
But I'll learn it when the time comes. I'll just start slow and continue making comics.

Thats precisely what an animation book will teach you, these books i suggested were part of the animation degree program i took.
