Non Nobis Nascimur - We are not born for ourselves.

I was good for the first 2 1/2 years, then I started ditching a lot. And I mean a lot.

Life?
I have the internet and Doctor Who; i don't need a life.

i ran away from primary school one morning with my little sister. that was a rough year for me i think.
can't really remember why.

secondary school i paid attention in class and did my work.
average grades though.

year 9/10 i started rebelling.
no-one gave a crap though, since i had managed to keep my reputation as a 'good kid' and it wouldn't go away.
i got away with a lot of stuff i probably shouldn't have.

by the end of school i had just stopped caring. i went to class but i wouldn't do much other than talk to others / the teacher.
i left with crappy grades but i got into uni where my attitude hasn't changed but i'm doing something that i enjoy so i'm getting decent grades.

We mouth the vilest sacrament
And adhere to these tacit skirmishes
All for one day ideal and saffron-drenched
We ate each other's hearts out of serving dishes

I did alright... that is, until I got EXPELLED Junior year for "poor attendance." (because that makes sense.) Getting back on track after that was a nightmare.

Wasn't the most attentive student, but still got pretty damn good marks. Wasn't the type to kiss the teachers butt, but never really caused trouble for anyone.

Skwid

For the most part, I was a B student.
I was friendly and on good terms with almost everyone even if I was (still am) rather shy.
Was a music geek. I love singing and am good at it. Even was a lead singer for a school band.
I was able to stay out of trouble, easy. I once got in a fight and got away with out anything happening to me.

Quick as a razor, sharp as a bullet.

I was a pinnacle of academia in my first few years, but, because that always used to come to me naturally, I never worked too hard, and as such started to get average grades right through to Year 13, and graduated university with a mediocre 2.II.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

I've sustained a grade of A in all my classes, and I intend to keep it that way until I leave.

Also the AR is actually good in CQB now and no longer a glorified baseball bat.

I did decent grade-wise.

I did very well in the standardized tests: 98th percentile PSAT, commended student; 32 ACT, 1340(or 70, I forget which) on the old SAT, eg. pre-essay. (I purposely took it in one of the last ones before they implemented the essay)

Sadly, out of all 4 years I only had one math teacher that didn't make me show work on homework and tests. (drawing a picture of my brain didn't go over well with the others, since I did the work in my head)

I finally got real good at speaking and stuff(as in public speaking/debate) for Mock Trial my senior year and managed to get to be an attorney on my team. I managed to get the Best Attorney award for my half of the team's trial. (half of us did defense in one trial, and the other half did the plaintiff in another trial)

I was terrible with study habits and doing homework, but I was smart enough to get by with mostly Cs and Bs though without putting in much work.

I pretty much focused all of my time on sports and hanging out with friends rather than academics.

I still got a 32 ACT and 2100 SAT, which pretty much overruled my 3ish GPA when it came down to college apps

I developed hatred towards half of the subjects I loved in elementary school. Chemistry, math, physics were a pure torture in high school but I was paying attention at least.

12 - Chose the easiest possible subjects and killed them, while doing virtually no work, got into uni quite easily with my marks.
