Subject: Geomancy Linked to Dec 21st

If im your science teacher, don't bug me.

First I have to give mad props to M1Silencer's thread

I rechecked the geomancy math and here is what i found
starting with the seven original bungie symbols and adding the eigth one of seven hoodie symbol where the one above the rune will complete the top row to make this symbol

I did the geomancy chart and ended with this

just like M1Silencer got.
This symbol is binary for 7 giving us that extra confidence that its bungie legit.

However - this symbol does not correlate with libra as suggested by M1Silencer - rather sagittarius

Latin for "the Head of the Dragon". The figure resembles the astrological symbol the north node of the Moon. It is neutral figure (good with good, evil with evil) but fortunate with starting or beginning new things. It is favourable for beginnings and profit, and otherwise favourable with other favourable figures, and unfavourable with unfavourable ones. It is associated with the benefic planets Jupiter and Venus, and assigned to the zodiac sign of Sagittarius; its outer element is fire due to its association with Sagittarius while its inner element is earth. Its planetary intelligences are Iophiel and Hagiel and its spirits are Hismael and Kedemel; it is associated with the deities Venus, Iove, and Vulcanus, and the angels Sachiel, Anael, and Zuriel. It is associated with the right arm source

Sagittarius' dates are between Nov 22 and Dec 21

Mark your calendars boys, December 21st is going to be bright!

Damn, I should have gone with the Dragon instead.

The Dragon's Head symbol also resembles the Destiny symbol.

In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

I already made a thread about the 21st

Yea yea, but that was just speculation with the Mayan apocalypse.

My thread is equal parts speculation, but it makes it seem more real that I used the symbols and math.

Oh yeah, since somebody does not believe what YOU believe; that makes us vapid...
I cannot grasp that what you call "Something happened to nothing, and that nothing became something, and it was smaller than than a period."

That is cool and all, but according to science, the zodiac was made thousand of years ago, and by now they've shifted one symbol to the right, so there is a tiny chance Bungie took that into account when making the symbols.
That is still cool though, figuring it out.

The Mayans said December, 21st, 2012 would be the beginning of a new era for a 3,000+ year long cycle.

I think that is very fitting for Bungie seeing as they would be ending their era making Halo and are beginning a "new age".

It also seems to be like the themes of Destiny.

The fact that the symbols can lead us the December 21st is interesting. And the fact bungie can make extremely complex puzzles leads me to believe this is no coincidence.

I think it would be awesome as a reveal date

Hopefully, Ken. I doubt it, though. To be honest, I don't think we'll be seeing/hearing anything until January at the earliest.

I hope you and the OP are right. However, I think that this is just going to be another time when you and other users get your hopes up and then end up disappointed.

This.

It's just crazy that Bungie can go into this much detail for their games.

Even if we are wrong, the research makes the universe that bungie is creating more alive and relevant.

Did you know that Bungie was founded in 1991?

But really, if the Geomancy is read correctly, it's awesome stuff. The number speculation has got to stop though.

Oh I don't deny that, it's more the fact that others ITF have thrown numbers into it as well. Hell, your thread's possibly even more guilty. 21 isn't just 7+7+7, it's also 20+1. No relevance whatsoever.

21 is equal to 7*3
12 is 21 backwards.
That makes 7*6
7*6 is 42, which is the answer to life the universe and everything.

Therefore, I can draw a conclusion out of absolutely nothing!

Follow the original post, there are no number conversions except one, but the final conclusion was reached with a few very simple followable steps. Read up on it a bit before you say I'm throwing around some crazy made up number bull-blam!-.

Regardless if I'm right or wrong, its just really cool that bungie gave us something that we could get something out of.

And to say again - its just amazing to do the same research that bungie has done, The more I research these symbols the cooler I think they are, and the fact that bungie thinks their cool enough to be the first glimpse of the game is amazing.

What you have said is totally different than what OP has said.

He analyzed all the symbols, used the Geomancy chart, and found a corresponding date which ends at December 21st which happens to be the end of the Mayan 3,000+ long year calendar.

The first post in the quotes was actually meant for SKen's thread if I'm honest. An error on my behalf because the threads were both related to the 21st. My most sincere and humble apologies.

They said they would be announcing it soon over the last leak and they never said 2013 in the last "well that just happened".

They also removed the (tm) when they said soon
