I don't, and it's one of my pet peeves. When someone uses an exclamation mark, it completely invalidates what they have said even if it was plausible. It makes them seem all happy and gleeful when they say "Poor Kids! I hope their family can get through the pain and distress today!" Stuff like that makes them seem sarcastic.
