Myself being fully bi-lingual in Spanish, and English. I think in English, but I have my moments when I can think in Spanish; Although, because I am more fluent in English than Spanish. I notice I can only think in Spanish as long as it's more simple thinking. You think in the language you know more of, so you can think about more complex concepts. So if I were to learn Italian and speak it over and over without deviation for an extended period of time to the point that I become very fluent in it. It can overtake my English thoughts? Mother of God....
That's a good question. Now you have me thinking.
