I bet you're so proud, what is his civilian kill count?

No I don't and I'm glad of that, people who join the military have no respect for themselves.

The strongest Rivals are also the strongest allies.

Dad was a Royal Marine.

This is the way the world ends,
This is the way the world ends,
This is the way the world ends;
Not with a bang but a whimper.

Several of my friends joined the Marine Corps and my brother is in the Army.

Also the AR is actually good in CQB now and no longer a glorified baseball bat.

My grandpa is a WWII veteran.

Not military, but both of my parents survived the Kent State shooting in 1970. My mom was on the last bus out of campus.

Recon Number 54 -
If they are still looking, then while holding the snarl, I let drool start to drip from my mouth, I stand, curl my fingers into claws and with a hunched over crouch, I then make slow and deliberate steps towards them. When I get close enough, I let them hear my agonized and gasping growls and then, if they continue to stare, when I get within arm's reach? I kiss them on the nose, and run away giggling.

My Great-Grandfather was a Pilot in WW1, The other was an Infantryman.

My Grandpa was in the Irish Guards and the TA as an APC Driver.

My Uncle fought in the Falklands and spent time peace-keeping in Northern Ireland.

My Grandad was a peace-keeper in Germany in the 50's I think.

My Great Uncle is/was considered missing after a torpedo hit his merchant boat in WWII.

Grandpa is a veteran of WWII. He has tons of WWII stuff and awards in his room. I should go visit him this christmas.

My father just returned from Afghan as a UAV team leader. 'War is hell'; a phrase stated as the Pizza Hut was blown up for the second time (no one injured of course), as well as when they got their ice creams.

My Uncle served in the Royal Australian Navy as a submariner. He fought in Bosnia and the like in his early days and was stationed in the Pacific for roughly five to seven years where my young cousin lived for the first few years of her life, she is so lucky...

He just retired after twenty five years of service. He has gone in to contract work for the Navy... more or less anyway.
