One does not choose a destiny, his destiny is bestowed, shaped and formed, from the soul.

What is on my mind is that I can't frick'n sleep! I go to bed (tired, I must add), lay awake for about two hours on average, and then wake up at least ten times throughout the night. This happens about once a semester. Normally, I just suck it up, but this year it is happening around finals. Now is the time of the semester that I need to sleep most.
I believe that's Insomnia (is that the right word?) anyway why don't you go to a doctor to try and find out why. Are you stressed out?
Only as much as I am every finals week. Also, I'm not sure insomnia happens in episodes. Anyone care to correct me on that?
Idk I don't know much about it. Is there anything I can do to help calm you down?
For finals to be done with. Like I said, this semester it just happens to be during finals week. I usually have these non-sleeping episode closer to the middle of the semester.
As for medication, my roommate gave me some melatonin + L-thainine capsules that I took last night. It didn't do anything, but I'll try them again tonight since I don't have to wake up at any specific time tomorrow.
Or just take two nyquils. That usually does it for me
Trust me, that was my first solution. No dice.
Take a warm shower and drink tea or warm milk, that should help too. If that doesn't work I don't know. I'm trying my hardest to help you, but this is out of my expertise. I actually take a hot shower every night before bed.
I'm not actually expecting to hear anything thing that will help. I'm basically just venting my frustration. I should be fine soon, anyway. This barely ever lasts more than three weeks.
I'm just trying to help in anyway. Need anything else? Like talk and stuff,
