Subject: Do you think that there is a country with a Spartan II Program?

I wouldn't think so, because copying off an idea from video games seems a bit stupid.

Who says video games aren't copying ideas from the government???

huh? HUH????

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

Actually, Germany DID try a eugenics program in the 30's and 40's with the aim of making superior soldiers.

I used the Spartan II program, as we are all on Bungie's forums, and all have Halo as a commonality.

All that was proven is that Knucks76 is ignorant to history, and can only think a video game sets precedent. The subject could have been "Do you think anyone restarted Hitler's Eugenics Program."

“Strange,” mused the Director, as they turned away, “strange to think that even in Our Ford’s day most games were played without more apparatus than a ball or two and a few sticks and perhaps a bit of netting. imagine the folly of allowing people to play elaborate games which do nothing whatever to increase consumption.”

The Black Chapter!

Well, the UK has me.

A doctor game has a mode where you found the cure for cancer. Finding the cure in real life is possible too if you do it like in the game.

But it's stupid so don't.

I am assuming direct control.

My goal once I'm in the army is to go into advanced research (I'll be in the compsci field) and make some progress on Artificial Intelligence and exoskeleton combat suits.

I don't care how cliche it sounds, but Halo did give me a vision, and I'm going to bust my ass to see it become a reality. Or at least, partially.

Most likely, I wouldn't be surprised if the US is doing it.

Why can't we implement this idea in other areas? Like the Picasso II's, or the Physicist III's?

It has been pursued for far before Halo.

I don't need no stinking signature!

Yes, several countries have supersoldier programs. The US and Nato countries are all experimenting with human augmentation, mostly through improved armor and exoskeletons.
