Science has proven violent video games do not cause violence except in people who are already violent.

Really? I was sure they were going to try to link the shooter to Obama.
It's really all down to Barack Obama playing video games that has caused this, really...

Therefore it does not cause violence at all as violent people are already that way inclined and therefore don't need to play video games at all to go on rampant violent blood soaked killing sprees through children's schools...

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

Is this really a shocker?

Fox "News" just wants something simple they can blame it on. Something their viewers don't understand. Video Games are an easy target. Most of their viewers don't understand how gaming can be a multi billion dollar industry, don't get the games themselves, and think its all a waste of time.

Frankly, I'm surprised they haven't found a dozen links to why Obamacare is the real culprit.

Obvious anti Fox News bias.
Obvious anti lie bias.

Had the subject been "MSNBC links Connecticut Shooting to Conservative Politics" I still would have attacked, albeit from a different direction.

I somehow doubt that. This forum will attack a Fox News story simply because its Fox News. I've seen the same story posted by fox and another news source and got two completely different replies.

Is this guy seriously supporting Fox News?

By me?

I think not.

I have a problem with anyone who would ascribe one simple reason, like video games, loose gun laws, etc... with this problem. The problem permeates nearly every level of our society. How do we stop alienation? what causes loners to go on rampages?

No, I attack anyone who ascribes one simple reason as it detracts from the legitimate argument of what really creates rampage killers.

They aren't blaming video games for the shooting. They are blaming violent TV shows and video games on decreasing empathy, which is true since it desensitizes people to violence.

He later points and says that the few individuals who are less mentally healthy could have a stronger reaction to this loss of empathy and help them down the path to something like this.

They at least try to present the appearance of journalistic integrity.

Haven't been active for a week or so; I can gather a few things already, though.

Halo 3 is where the morons of the universe congregates.

I am thinking of an old story. "Three Billy Goats Gruff" (hint the troll dies at the end)

If you had an electron microscope, you still couldn't find the -blam!- I don't give.

You know what, I was watching fox when they said that, and it was a psychologist that said that

I graduated from high school on June-11-2011. I'm 19 right now. I'm turning 20 in December. I like playing video games, and board games. I like reading Sci-Fi, and World War II novels, and what not.

"There is nothing better in the world than being better at a video game than someone else....oh wait"

Experts.

Fox News.
*takes out a dictionary*

Those words. Is it possible to use them in a sentence together like that?

Lol typical response from the flood to a Fox News thread.

No one watches the actual video and bashes Fox News.

So cute. Maybe you'll all grow up one day.

What do you expect the average age is around 15-17, I bet this is how most get their news

"Right now it is raining methane on Titan. The planet Uranus is, hilariously, orbiting the sun sideways while Venus spins backwards. We sit here on a planet marked with collisions, rocked by earthquakes, shaken by storms. A planet doomed to be fried in radiation as its magnetic fields collapse, until the sun grows and leaves nothing of the earth but dust. Here we sit, glasses on our noses, inhalers in our pockets, braces on our teeth, and we say "Behold the perfect ORDER of it all!""

If you're not smart enough to pull a quote from a video, then you're basically wasting my time.

You can't even retaliate against a single point I make, and you see I'm not worth your time?

Also watch the actual video. You -blam!- idiot
