What do I dislike about myself, well I hate that I struggle to stay focused on things that aren't keeping me on my toes.
For instance when I go to the gym, I have to do shorter sets on anything that is not a challenge or I'll start daydreaming (meaning I wont notice if I drop the weights to low). On the other hand though If it's something challenging, for instance say I upped my weights while doing dead lifting, then I could consecrate and it's the same with squats or anything else.
It stands true through everything else I do to, like even while playing video games, I will lose focus if not heavily challenged.
Little Challenge = No Focus.
