Don't judge a book by its cover, unless it has bacon on the cover, then it is a good book.

holly hell NOW THAT WAS A BATTLE. That is how Miraak should've been. How long did it take you to defeat him flood? It took me two tries, but the second try lasted about 7 minutes even with Dragon Aspect shout and numerous Dedra lords summoned

Have you fought Karstaag? He is tough as diamonds.

Jesus Flood, cut me a break.

Tits aren't generally tough, so I assume he went down easily.

"Ignorance is a plague."

Close, but the plague killed those infected with it, and the ignorant are still alive.
I wish ignorance was a plague.

Is it bad that I thought it was a porno until I saw "Skyrim" in the title?

Balls aren't very tough. One kick and they're burning with pain.

He must have been weak.

My level 51 spellsword, duhrneviir, 2 dremora lords, and Aela got destroyed by him, after like 10 tries I gave up.

I killed him in Morrowind though.

  • 12.16.2012 1:46 PM PDT

I really don't understand why I have a signature.

I haven't even found him yet.

You have to be at level 81. Then he'll approach you and ask for a duel.

  • 12.16.2012 1:47 PM PDT

-blam!- Was that actually blammed out? Or did I just type it? You'll never know.

Taking the time to grind all of your skills like Pickpocketing, Lockpicking, Enchanting, and etc to get to level 81 is a long, long road.

Lockpicking was easy for my character. I just open everything. I got it to 100 before I hit level 40. But -blam!- Pickpocketing.

Pickpocketing is one of the easiest. Just steal lots of jewelry (that you can use to max enchanting and get rich).

I pickpocket like 5 items off a person, and my Pickpocket doesn't even go up one level. And it's only in itws twenties! Does the more expensive item = better at leveling pickpocket?

For some reason he only attacked Shadowmere on mine so it wasn't a rough fight.

Umbra was in Oblivion. A Ayleid ruin close to the IC, forgot the name though. It is a Daedric Quest for Clavicus Vile. Umbra is a women equiped with full Ebony armor and a very powerful sword called Umbra.

Yep.

Trussingdoor is pretty kewl. He fires lasers and doesn't afraid of anything.

I'm not at 80 with any characters, so I can't fight him yet, but that quest doesn't have much of a plot to spoil. Tags are a bit unnecessary.

He sounds rough. The lack of Umbra is disappointing, but not unexpected.

Also, a Redguard? Ebony warrior? I swear they just aren't good at avoiding these things........

I don't know why people think Pickpocket is a hard skill to raise. It's super easy for me. I went from like 25 to 61 in like an hour time frame.

Reverse-pickpocketing heavily smithed/enchanted weapons onto guards and NPCs means they can take down Dragons on their own. I love it.

It's particularly easy to level up late in the game, when you can shrug off fines and arrests easily due to all guild statuses and being a thane.

Pickpocketing guards is easily the fastest, most stress-free way to raise pickpocketing.
