Subject: How were the pyramids built?

"When I joined the Corps, we didn't have any fancy-schmanzy tanks. We had sticks! Two sticks, and a rock for the whole platoon—and we had to share the rock!"

-Sgt. Johnson

With work.

"If you want to test a man's character, give him power" -- Abraham Lincoln

I just seriously doubt that humans built them. At least in the way its currently described.

Covan was here, December 20th.

Come back later, after he's out of Parris Island.

So, aliens came and helped them build stuff, and then left and never came back right?

Because only select civilizations were worthy of the chance to set up a pyramid?

They were built by humans. Period. End of discussion.

They might have been built for an unknown purpose

Pyramids were built by humans for their widely known reason - to bury their greatest leaders.

You have to remember, this all happened centuries ago when everybody had utter, complete faith in religion. Back before Jesus was even born. They didn't know anything else.

So they built those in order for their leaders to have a prosperous afterlife or whatever. They would go through the challenges in order to get it done.

There are several other reasons why they might've built them.

The strongest Rivals are also the strongest allies.

It's blatantly obvious that ancient humans could not have possibly built the pyramids with their technologyWhat, rope and chisels?

And so the war of Gods and Demons shall begin. Tomorrow will end with your heart in my hand!

Love ya! =3

It was Bungie.

You underestimate humans my good fellow. But I'll tell you this. When we humans disregard everything, we can do quite a lot of things.

But what if...

...We were the aliens?

So every human being in existence flew to Earth in all of their 'great' technological advancements, built some -blam!-, and decided to stay here?

So we just let all of that technological advancement -blam!- slip from our fingers for some strange reason?

lol this reminds me of BSG. At the end of TRS they abandon all of their tech, and fly their advanced spacecraft into the sun. They then decide to stay on earth and use humans that developed separately from them to survive as a species.

Pretty stupid ending IMO.

Aliens.
The Yaujta, more specifically.

Fun fact, it's believed that the Egyptians had rudimentary understanding of electricity.

I'm pretty sure moving really big rocks wasn't too far ahead of them. We've done several experiments to show how this is possible.

I personally think that Bungie did it.
