There someone who almost shot an entire mall full of people a California, and a bomb threat in a California mall. A man in Alabama shot people in a hospital. A kid in Oklahoma threatened to use explosives and guns to kill a bunch of students. It seems as if the people whom we wish to stop by publicizing it only use this as confirmation that they will become famous for acts of violence.

It has more to do with this Friday, I'd say.

-blam!- Was that actually blammed out? Or did I just type it? You'll never know.

Have we confirmed that all these individuals were compelled by massacring acclaim?

  • 12.16.2012 8:37 PM PDT

No. These acts would happen whether we publicized them or not. If we didn't publicize them, they would still happen and people wouldn't be worrying about how to stop it.

None of them have been confirmed about that. I don't know of anyone who ever has been.

No u

I doubt it. Although, it doesn't seem like it's done a whole lot...

Today, a young man on acid realized that all matter is merely energy condensed to a slow vibration, that we are all one consciousness experiencing itself subjectively, there is no such thing as death, life is only a dream and we are the imagination of our selves.

He was arrested before the Sandy Hook shooting took place.

I don't see you doing anything to help our country.
Except sitting at home, naked, eating twinkies, rubbing your hands together going "Heh. Target Destroyed. Mission Accomplished." Oh wait. that's not helping.

This. I am genuinely concerned to go into school for that very reason. People are stupid as all hell when they have "nothing to lose".

Yeah

They show graphs about how this shooting failed to "beat the record" of the Virginia Tech shooting from a few years ago, as if this is some kind of game where we want someone to be first place. All this does is show that if you shoot enough innocent people, the news will give you your 15 minutes of fame and always remember your deeds if you kill enough.

You're sadly mistaken.

Didact's Reprisal -
Now is the time of our unworlding
One final effort is all that remains
And I am not afraid
We shall fulfill our promise
We fight for the grace of the Mantle
And this time none of you will be left behind

The event, I don't think so.

But publicizing the person so much is detrimental. People commit suicides in greater numbers right after a successful suicide in the community was given a large amount of attention. Since these are, in a sense, a variation of suicide attempts, they likely follow a similar mentality.
