So, the problem that most of you seem to have is that defense attorneys "defend the guilty." Would that be a fair statement?
How does the attorney make that call? There hasn't been a trial yet. That's the whole point of a trial, to prove guilt or innocence. So, why should the attorneys be making that call?
Too many of you have a twisted view of the legal profession. One that's inspired by TV and movies. I hope that you never need an attorney, but I promise your view of them will change when you need one.
