Well, now that the Hobbit is out its time to decide what your favourite film was of 2012 my fellow Floodians.

Mine was Prometheus.

-Avatar-

I work for the Department of Defense.

I guess I'll take the easy way out and say Hobbit @ 48FPS in 3D.

It was really an awesome experience seeing that level of quality in a movie theater.

Step Up 4. Ghetto teens saving the ghetto, most original film of the year.

I'd also stick with The Hobbit. This was the movie I've been waiting for so long and it was very good.

I also enjoyed sinister, halo FUD, battleship and prometheus

I understand nothing because my life is a conspiracy.

Hmm . . . Probably The Avengers. It's very unrealistic, but I love Joss Whedon. The Dark Knight Rises was great, but it could've been better.

Anno, where is my U.S. Realease?!

That I've seen? Chronicle or Prometheus.

I haven't seen End of Watch, Seven Psychopaths or Man with the Iron Fists yet and they look like the sort of films I'd enjoy.

  • 12.17.2012 6:52 AM PDT

hmm

The Hobbit. Might change when I watch Django Unchained.

Also End of Watch and Seven Psychopaths. Both surprised the hell out of me.

Yeah Winter.. it's coming.

I love The Flood. It's my go to place for relaxation. If anyone needs me, then I'll be there.

Marvel's The Avengers

  • 12.17.2012 7:24 AM PDT

Gotta say The Avengers. It would have been The Amazing Spiderman without a doubt because the Amazing Spiderman is my favorite iteration of the character and the story and acting was done amazingly. The only problem was that one scene.

Him learning to swing from webs (or chains in that case). The scene itself was fine, Coldplay in the background while he's learning to swing? Horrible, horrible choice.

Kept it from being top movie of the year so I guess I will go with Avengers.
