yeah the soundtrack isn't that great. I've only listened to it a few times compared to other soundtracks I have that I can listen to on repeat lol

Hush now Gondy. You're just feeding fuel to the Halo 4 hat fire.

I can only please one person per day.

Today isn't your day.

Tomorrow isn't looking too good either.

I actually blame the soundtrack for doing badly in a few parts of the campaign.

Where Marty would've used some bass, guitar and a good rolling drumbeat to get us psyched or up or a nice tempo for the battle, many of the fights in Halo 4 are set to dull, dreary and sleep-inducing crap that don't get you pumped or ready, or make it harder to focus because the tone of the music is contradicting what is going on in front of you.

I intend to live forever, or die trying,

so far, so good.

The soundtrack is great, you're just annoyed that it isn't Marty.

The score is definetly different from Marty, but still sounds pretty awesome.

Its a new trilogy, so a new sound. Make sense.

Can't wait to see what Marty has been working on with Destiny.

In memory of those fallen in the defense of Earth and her colonies.

March 3, 2553

There is only like one or two good tracks.

I am the Core. And I am not pleased.

Butt ugly ape” remarked Sergeant Johnson always making fun out of the situation even though he had been hit by a spiker round in the arm. He mustered up the strength to continue and the team moved on. The Arbiter informed him that the next room held The Prophet of Truth and this was the final room before extraction. Jun proposed that he takes a shot from a distance the prophet and they all head back to the ship bay for extraction. The team agreed on this and breached the last door…

Its okay. Lmao "Davidge dragging his testicles across his keyboard".

Some things in this World you just can't explain; but that doesn't mean they are any less true, just that you have to chose to believe in them.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
One, two, Pinkie's... Coming for you...
Three, four... You will breath no more...
Five, six... Gotta add it to the mix...
Seven, eight... Gonna bake cupcakes...
Nine, ten... You're my very best friend...

Only good track.

Even then, it wasn't even in the game.

There's a few good tracks in it, but yeah, the rest just feels completely bland and unmemorable.

Just like the scores for halo 2 and 3

No, not really.
Halo 3, somewhat, but Halo 2?
Seriously? It was the most unique out of the entire series, along with ODST. Halo 4 just sounds uninteresting, and the girl's voice at the main menu makes me want to gouge my ears out. Main menu music shouldn't do that.

The menu music is one of the best pieces in the game. Im sorry that you can't appreciate that.

I am a monument to all your sins

Some of Halo 4's scores are really quite good, on par with many of Marty's imo. Overall I like the feel of Marty's music better though.

Why Bungie, why would you do this?! - Halo Community

I have to admit I laughed at the OP's comments. Because the're so true.

Half of the time I'm dead serious.
The other half not so much.

I don't think the music is bad, but the only music I remember is one track from the final mission. It was when you're fighting your way to the Didact, and I loved it. The rest were not very memorable, though. I can't hum any of the songs, and I've played through the game twice.

I don't see you doing anything to help our country.
Except sitting at home, naked, eating twinkies, rubbing your hands together going "Heh. Target Destroyed. Mission Accomplished." Oh wait. that's not helping.

Not true, 117 was pretty good, and it was the only song not composed by Neil Davidge. Heh.

You unlock this door with the key of inebriation. Beyond it is another dimension: a dimension of gingers, a dimension of drunks, a dimension of Lucky Charms. You're moving into a land of both beer and potatoes, of marshmallows and leprechauns. You've just crossed over into... the Shamrock Zone.

It wasn't extraordinary but it had a few good tracks. ODST's was still my favorite.

The Wonderful LeSieg!

There is nothing wrong with the soundtrack. The only time a Halo soundtrack has ever been bad is that few moments of heavy metal in Reach on the first level.

tenn' Ambar-metta!

Worst generic soundtrack for Halo, but that's 343 for you.

Major props to my hommie Sheeef. He made Recon possible for me. Long time recovering emails and passwords. And it was his. lol.

It fits.... FOR halo 4.
I prefer ODST's soundtrack and Halo 3.

"If practice makes perfect" and 'nobody's perfect,' then what's the point of practice?"

I have no clue what music is what in Halo 4. All I know there's Star Wars music in there somewhere.
