Apparently, to the OP, Halo 2 also holds some personal meaning, as he noted in his earlier post. If it holds enough meaning that he wants to get a tattoo of it, he is unlikely to ever regret it.[/quote]How old were you when you got your tattoo and how long had you been a fan of Halo for? There's a huge difference if you got yours at a later age. Most people I know at university who are in their 20s wouldn't dream of getting a game-based tattoo because they're growing out of it. I too, considered getting the lightning fist as a tat, but as I've grown older, I've wised up and realised it's a bad idea, because I will likely stop playing games when I am older.
For example, I have a friend my age who, two years ago, got a tattoo of the Tottenham logo on his calf. He's regretted it for the last 18 months.
This. My friend got a game based tattoo last week. Its the Triforce with the Master Sword through the center. But he got it, because he grew up in an abusive household. and whenever his dad would hurt him, he'd lock himself away and play Ocarina of Time to forget the bad things.
