What takes more talent? Metal.

Which do I think is better? Neither. I hate them both.

Rap

Every music genre takes skill, but I prefer Rap.

He threw down a glove you made the mistake
Of picking it up now you're gone
The choosing of guns or fighting with swords
The choice of weapons is done
He'll tear you apart as soon as you start
You know you don't have a chance.

Which takes more talent? Metal because guitar

And drums.
And slammin dat bass.
And vocals.

There's no rapper close to awesome vocalists in metal such as Bruce Dickinson, Geddy Lee, Halford, Biff Byford, Dio, etc.

It depends.

Tupac has more talent than any modern Death Metal band. Yet Pantera has more talent on their worst day than any modern rapper on their best.

I guess what I am trying to say is that most of the current generation's music sucks, and 90's master race.

So you're saying that Tupac took more talent than This?
Dear god yes.

That sounded like a cow stuck in a wood chipper with classical music playing in the background.

Just remember that those guys also made This, This, This, and This
The classical music is composed by one member and It's insanely hard to play drums at that speed.
The guitar work on that album wasn't as technical as previous albums,Such as this

Studies show that men think about sex every 7 seconds. I do my best to eat hotdogs in under 6, just so things don't get weird.

Please allow me to introduce Myself
I'm a man of wealth and taste
I've been around for a long, long year
Stole many a man's soul and faith

That's sad.

All that effort, and it just sounds like a cow being fed through a wood chipper.

Edit: To be fair, he is pretty good on the ivory.

They're lyricists, and there are very few metal lyrics that go as deep as some of the hip hop I've heard in my life.

Between the Buried and Me

They are in a class of their own IMO. BTBAM is one of the greatest bands period.

I don't think talent dictates whether or not music is "good" though. I know "good" is an extremely opinion-based term but I stand by my statement. I like music that affects me emotionally.

This song, for example, is 4 or 5 chords, a harmonica, and mediocre singing. It's the opening track to my favorite album of all time.

Did you actually listen to the first three examples? It didn't even sound similar to the other songs I've shown you as it was all Piano. No vocals, drums, guitar, or bass.
I doubt that you actually listened to all of those in the matter of Four minutes though.
