I disagree.

If we disagree, it's nothing personal, opinions are opinions.
Antagonizing me to build a false sense of worth is so damn cute.

If people just decide the laws of logic then isn't logic arbitrary?

No. Humans are capable of being both logical and reasonable. The people who decide "the general laws" are just those who are best able to conceptualize logic and reason.

"Right now it is raining methane on Titan. The planet Uranus is, hilariously, orbiting the sun sideways while Venus spins backwards. We sit here on a planet marked with collisions, rocked by earthquakes, shaken by storms. A planet doomed to be fried in radiation as its magnetic fields collapse, until the sun grows and leaves nothing of the earth but dust. Here we sit, glasses on our noses, inhalers in our pockets, braces on our teeth, and we say "Behold the perfect ORDER of it all!""

Why is there a who?

I'll bite. At the most basic level, using logic and reasoning is using it to find out the truth of any scenario. Who ate the cookie? Who killed this man? How did humans get here?

How do you know that humans are capable of logical and reasonable if you haven't defined logic and reasonable yet?

Fine, I will define it simply then: the understanding of action and reaction, through abstract and concrete thinking. The rules of logic are simply meant as a guideline to prevent false attribution of causation. These false attributions are often a result of brain processing shortcuts. If we were to always weigh the pros and cons(actions and reactions) in a non-biased way(ie logical), it would be exhaustive.

My problems [with Reach] are basically just full parties, mlg, and people who go out of their way not to get killed.

It's more of human nature. It cannot be one person or a group of people who decide it because it would not feel as easy to follow then. But the catch is essentially that the human mind can adapt to almost any scenario and believe in nearly anything if put in the right environment.

No-one, they're independent of decisions made by any cognitive process.
