No the world wont end this friday, but would you be prepared if something were to happen to you and your loved ones?

This could include anything.
-The power grid going down
-A horrific weather event
-A war
-An economic collapse.
-EVEN A ZOMBIE Apocalypse

I know most of you have heard of the show doomsday peppers. And yeah, I think they take it a bit far. But I think you should always be prepared.

So? would you be prepared?

No matter how much people think they're prepared, they're not.

deej pls

Well, my family has enough guns to supply a small army, a farm back in the country, and my family has enough canned goods to last us at least a week.

I would say we are more prepared than most.

i have alot of back packing gear(pocket stove, mess kit, compass, handheld GPS, ETC) and weapons(guns, multi tools, knives) so maybe. Since i live in a very rural area i think i could survive for a little while

I swear to DRUNK, I'm not GOD!

I was going to post something stupid, but I see so many people have already beat me to that. I'll say this: I am completely unprepared. I don't know how I'd contact my family if the phone towers go down, I don't know any survival skills, I don't have much in the way of insurance, and I don't think a major in journalism will get me very far in the case of a war or a new great depression (a REAL depression, like unemployment at 20+%).

I just assume that stuff won't happen to me, and hope that if the -blam!- DOES hit the fan really bad, then the government will take care of it (can't think of any other organization that can clean up after a major earthquake).

I spent 90% of my money on women and drink. The rest I wasted.

I live on an Army post in the barracks, so yes.

Actually, if they measured unemployment today like they did in the 1930's (before it was re-written so it could be in their favor), ever year would have had a worse unemployment rate than the great depression

We got a couple trunks full of canned food/blankets/flashlights downstairs. I wouldn't be too bad off.
