In a time long past, the armies of the dark came again to the lands of men. Their leaders became known as the fallen lords, and their terrible sorcery was without equal in the west.
In 30 years they reduced the civilized nations into carrion and ash. Until the free city of Madrigal alone defined them. An army gathered there, and a desperate battle was joined against the fallen
Heros were born in the fire and bloodshed of the wars which followed and their names and deeds will never be forgotten

Another Possible Issue with the 21st being a release date: Nothing points towards it!
I don't understand this logic. There doesn't have to be anything pointing toward an announcement date, they could just outright announce it.Should we fill the forum with speculation threads discussing the merits of Destiny being announced on the 19th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, 25th, 26th, etc? Because it's just as likely that the game will be announced on those dates.
I don't want people getting their hopes up, which could very well happen if I logged into Bungie.net, saw the title of this post and said to myself "Huh, Destiny information is supposed to be released on the 21st? It's the first I've heard about it, but they're talking about it like it's a thing, so I guess I should look forward to Friday."
If there was actually anything pointing towards a reveal on Friday, I would be cool with letting people gamble with their expectations and emotions, but since there isn't, I merely wish to set the record straight.
Yeah but Bungie won't probably do anything to signal something is coming, all we get is soon.
The last time Bungie used Soon was about 20 days ago and that was without a TM.
