.) Persona 3 FES (2007?) - My favorite JRPG of all time so far, and far and above the best thing I've played this year. If it had a bit more variety it could challenge Fallout 3's status as my favorite game of all time bar none, so I'm looking forward to trying out Portable.
.) Borderlands 2 (2012) - Improved over the original in almost every way, even if loot variety isn't nearly as noticeable.
.) Spec Ops: The Line (2012) - Possibly the best example of perfect video game storytelling available, but not that fun to play.
.) Devil Survivor (2009?) - Pretty good game with an engaging story. After I finish both it and its sequel, I'll have to decide which one is better, but right now, the first game is fantastic.
.) Dishonored [because having two games from the same series is a bit of a cop-out] (2012) - Fantastic stealth-based game with multitudes of ways to approach situations, but its predictable story and prohibitively short length means it probably won't ever be worth a purchase to me.
