Bench Max: 230lbs
Curl: 45lbs dumbells
Squat: 230lbs
Dips: 30
Pull ups: 16
My weight: 145lbs

hahahaha yep im pretty weak...the thing was...i just didnt care till i got into junior high and saw all the girls with...parts...and realized that i wanted them pretty badly and getting strong was a good way to go...i have improved tho...i used to be SO weak i couldnt even do a pullup, now i can do bout 5 or 6...still weak but better

Curls: 10-15 lb. (im not weak i lift those weights at a quick pace)
Benching is unaccessible to me( i dont know where to find one)
Crunches:100-400 a day.(sometimes)

I bench 110 pounds using an Olympic bar. I curl 30 pounds but I have a cool technique for curls that is probably different from yours.

All my strength is in my legs...except I can do alot of pushups...plus I fight alot so I can still kick your ass....and can you do knuckle push ups?

I lift three times a week and run twice a week. I won't post how much I lift or how far I run because its useless and no one cares.

Lifting quick is far easier then doing it slowly...
