Out of curiosity, how much can you lift for your core lifts, Flood?
I saw in the Bieber thread that most users don't lift often, so I wanted to see those that do. Feel free to ask any questions with regard what helps raise numbers, what makes you look bigger, etc. I know for a fact that there are some gym nuts on this forum, so let's get those stats and goals for 2013 going.

Bench:305
Squat:345 (Terrible, I know...)
Incline:275
Clean:235
My goals for 2013 revolve around gaining speed and shoulder definition. I've spent years getting stronger for football, but unfortunately for me, lifting a lot of weight doesn't mean amazing definition. So, I've been working on tone exercises so I can have that beach body for the Summer.
