That would depend on the steel used to forge you.i'm not sure i follow you here. surely you don't suggest we treat shell shock and gunshot victims with beatings? it doesn't matter much how strong your body or will is when you're haemorrhaging internally.
Just because it solves everything doesn't mean you have to rely on it all the time.but you still imply that we *can* rely on it all the time, for all issues.
violence certainly has it's applications, i just disagree with the universal asserted in the OP.
How do you think our body deals with illnesses? By violently attacking each and every hostile organism. Again and again.
Now, the best way to prevent an injury is to cause one first.
I know the above statement is nonsensical, but hey, it's also correct.
