Well, lots of people die in car crashes each year. Should we ban those too? Should car manufacturers feel bad about themselves?

The strongest Rivals are also the strongest allies.

Ban all smoking related products.

Online Gaming's pretty much like a zombie movie. There are a lot of mindless idiots roaming around but you find some survivors on the way.

Yeah prohibition obviously works OP. The alcohol one in the 30s went down so well.

We should also ban glass. Bunches of people die from glass a year.

Lets bear arms together fellow floodians and put a ban to tobacco. More along the lines of smoking control. Do people realize that many people die every year because of smoking or even worse, secondhand smoke. The smokers association should feel bad about themselves.

Tobacco is strictly controlled. Sales are controlled. Advertising for it is strictly controlled. They are forced to pay for ads against their own products. Smoking indoors in a public place is illegal in many states. Tobacco is one of the most controlled substances in the US.

Only if marijuana is also illegal

Give me a use of tobacco that is so helpfull, that it outweighs that fact that it is killing you and the people around you, then your opinion will be valid.
