Easter Egg Hunter. Apprentice Tricker/Glitcher (learning from Grumpy and Sliding Ghost).
Trying to get Waypoint to update Halo 3 stats in detail like here. Now no one can see that my Halo 3 Spartan no longer looks like my Reach Spartan.
Really want to be a Heroic member or have a title. :/
His trial was unjust and maybe even corrupt. He has done nothing truly wrong. The gun was unloaded, and it was an antique. He just got back from Iraq, and is suffering from PDST.
Now he is finally home, and wants to take a simple trip to Mexico to surf and get his mind off things. He asked the U.S border patrol if he was allowed to bring it with him. They took it, checked it, and measured it and gave it back saying that he would have to fill out some kind of form, which he does.
When he's in Mexico, he is stopped by officials who ask to see his papers. He gives them the papers and the next thing you know, his friend and he are arrested. His friend is released for not owning the gun, but he is kept in jail for 4 months in one of the most dangerous parts of Mexico.
Many of his his inmates are drug dealers from the Cartel. They constantly abuse him and give death threats. He was moved to a private cell, but now they feel the need to cuff his ankles to the bed.
They sent him to court unexpectedly while his lawyer was unavailable. The officials tried to have the court rushed and get him guilty. His parents are worried and stressed. It is likely he will still not be able to be home for the holidays.
And for what? 15 years in prison possible for simple unloaded shotgun that was an inch too short? All he did was bring a family heirloom to Mexico on a fun/stress relieving trip and he is locked up in miserable conditions with a corrupt court for breaking a law he didn't know about and was told it was ok by officials.
And they're holding him for ransom. If he breaks a law, fine, but if they're holding him for ransom, we should just march in and bust him out. I'd really like doing that myself.
